Class Registration and Refund Policy


To guarantee your place in a class, the full class fee amount is due at registration. If your name is on the class list but you have not paid, we cannot guarantee you a place or class supplies such as patterns and tools.

If you pay the registration fee but the class has to be canceled by Sew Always, you will receive a full refund.

If you drop out of the class more than 2 weeks before the class date, you will receive a full refund less $10 that helps defray the costs of patterns, etc. already ordered.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of the class date, Sew Always cannot refund your registration fee since the teacher will have already prepared for the attendance of a certain number of students, and class supplies for that number will have been ordered.

If you cannot make the class, however, feel free to find someone else who would like to take the class in your stead. Contact the shop to see if there are names on a waiting list. If you find someone, that person will pay you the registration fee directly. If possible please call the shop and let us know the new attendee's name and contact information in case the class must be canceled at the last minute.
